Question 1

What packages qualify?

Accepted Answer

All of them. Whatever your package size, you get all 4 bonuses.

Question 2

When does the free month actually happen?

Accepted Answer

Month 6 of your contract. Sign in December 2026, start in January 2027, and your free month lands in June 2027.

Question 3

What's the timeline from signing to going live?

Accepted Answer

About 30 days. Month 1 is strategy and foundation. Month 2 is when your content goes live.

Question 4

Can I cancel during the 6 months?

Accepted Answer

We ask for a 6 month minimum because that's the window where the strategy actually compounds. Your free month is month 6, so it only applies if you stay for the full 6 month minimum. After that you can cancel with 30 days notice.

Question 5

What happens after month 6?

Accepted Answer

You pick. Sign on for another 6 months and your 12th month is free too, so that's 2 free months in your first year. Or go month to month with 30 days notice. Either way you stay on your locked 2026 rate. Forever. No increases.

Question 6

How do the 5 extra deliverables work?

Accepted Answer

You get 5 extra deliverables on top of your package. That's 5 in total, spread across your first 6 months, and they can be posts, ad creatives, or a mix of both.

Question 7

Do you work with businesses outside Winnipeg?

Accepted Answer

Yes. MAD Social Agency is based in Winnipeg, but 60 to 65% of our clients are outside it. We run social media management, paid ads and video production for brands across Canada, the US and the Caribbean, including Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, Minneapolis, Dallas, Las Vegas and the Cayman Islands. For local content we work with vetted video teams in each market, and for bigger brands our own team flies in and shoots on location. Only the bonus shoot hour is Winnipeg specific.

Question 8

Can I add services later at the locked rate?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Add-ons are always priced at your 2026 rate. Same guarantee.

Question 9

What if I miss December 8?

Accepted Answer

The bonuses close and rates go up in January 2027. This is the only offer like this we run all year.
