Responsibilities:
As a Project Coordinator at MAD Social Agency, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our clients and the overall growth of our agency. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, supporting our Social Media Managers in their work, and efficiently managing and tracking projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. - Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules
- Onboard new clients
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project success
- Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders
- Help with general agency tasks
- Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies
- Assist in handling social media crises, negative feedback, or emergencies professionally and effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform social media strategies.
- Adapt and learn new social media techniques, tools, and platforms as needed.
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of various social media platforms, features, and best practices.
- Communication: excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members and stakeholders
- Time management: strong ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Problem-solving: capacity to identify and solve problems in real-time, think critically and make decisions
- Attention to detail: meticulous in their approach to work to ensure that every detail is covered and no mistakes are made
- Adaptability: ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change quickly
- Leadership: experience in leading and managing teams, as well as managing client expectations and relationships
- Strong skills in Excel and Google sheets
