The Gig.

We hand you the client, the systems, and an in-house editing team. You run the accounts and own the creative. That's the deal.

You'll manage client accounts end-to-end: strategy, shoots, posts, community. Our ops team handles acquisition, invoicing, and edits so you can focus on the craft. Prove yourself here and grow into a full-time role as we scale.

How You Get paid.

15% / RETAINER

Recurring, month after month

This is a commission role, and a generous one. You earn 15% of every monthly retainer you manage, paid for as long as the client stays with us.

What You'll Do.

Communicate with clients via WhatsApp
Run client meetings
Create shot lists, strategy docs, and social media planners
Direct content shoots
Handle graphic design
Schedule and post across multiple accounts
Brief and request edits from our editor team
Engage and build communities online
Execute social strategies that bring measurable results

What You Bring.

Experience managing multiple accounts with proven results
Content shoot experience. You know how to direct content days
Sharp communication skills
An eye for data-driven decisions
An understanding of how psychology drives video performance
Thick skin and a fast-learning mindset
