I checked the growth of the account from Nov till now and the metrics so far are the best I have seen.

2604 gain with 370 loss! Next month we go for 2500, thats a 30k gain per year minus around 8k = 22k. That's a 8.4% increase from Oct and the month isn't even done.
I think we have been a good team last week staying ontop of the messages/organizing.
