Social Media Video Editor (Instagram/TikTok)

We’re looking for a video editor who can crank out high-quality, scroll-stopping content at scale.

This isn’t corporate editing, this is fast, fun, and creative organic content for Instagram and TikTok. If you can cut, caption, and spice up raw footage with music, animations, and trending hooks, you’ll fit right in.

The Gig:

Contract or Part-Time – paid per video (move fast = more pay).
Flexible Hours – edit on your time, as long as deadlines are hit.
Minimum Output: 10 videos/week (if you can’t handle volume, this isn’t for you).

You can’t take feedback without getting defensive.

What You’ll Do:

Edit and Optimize: Transform raw footage into polished, platform-ready content (vertical videos, captions, trending audio).
Collaborate: Work closely with our content team to bring creative ideas to life.
Stay Trendy: Know what’s hot on TikTok/Instagram and keep content feeling fresh.
Batch & Crush: Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and stay organized even under high volume.

Is based in Canada.
Has a portfolio of short-form social videos.
Can move fast without sacrificing quality.
Knows CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar editing tools.
Is creative, resourceful, and has an eye for what makes content pop.
