  • Can turn creative ideas into viral campaigns that convert.
  • Are obsessed with building brands, not just “posting content.”
  • Want to grow into a full-time role if they absolutely kill it.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own client accounts. Plan, post, and grow their social presence.
  • Lead shoots & content creation. You know how to create content that stops the scroll.
  • Execute social strategies that bring results, not just pretty feeds.
  • Collaborate with our editors & creative team to make content pop.
  • Stay ahead of trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
  • Engage and build communities (not just post and ghost).
  • Handle multiple accounts without dropping the ball.

What You Bring:

  • Experience managing 5+ accounts with proven results.
  • Content shoot experience (you know how to direct content days).
  • Sharp writing and communication skills.
  • An eye for data-driven decisions.
  • Thick skin and a fast-learning mindset.
