✅ This Is For You If:
- You’re a solo videographer or small crew with solid gear and clean work
- You’re not charging $400/hr and waiting for a “perfect client”
- You want consistent work and client referrals without doing all the sales
- You’re reliable, collaborative, and good at shooting usable, social-ready footage
What We’re Looking For:
- Based in the U.S. or Canada
- Can film on location (no remote-only videographers)
- Have a gear setup that matches social/brand content needs (DSLR, lav mic, light kit, etc.)
- Know how to shoot for shortform, Reels, TikTok, etc.
- Good with communication, deadlines, and following a creative brief
- Open to agency-friendly pricing in exchange for volume and referrals

🚫 Don’t Apply If:
- You charge luxury brand or commercial agency rates
- You need 4-week lead time for every shoot
- You flake, ghost, or miss deadlines
- You have a “my way or the highway” approach to creative direction
💼 How It Works:
- You tell us what hourly or day rate you can offer for consistent agency work
- When we have a client in your area, we’ll either:
- Book you directly
- Or recommend you as a preferred videographer to the client
- We have a three page document of how exactly we want the social content filmed and all specs
- You will have a short meeting with the manager to go over the shot list before every shoot so we are on the same page
- You’ll work directly on-location with our team or theirs
- We handle content strategy , editing and creative, you just show up and shoot

- Have worked with creators, coaches, or local brands
- Offer basic lighting/audio setup
- Can occasionally edit as well (not required, but nice to know)
