About the project

Wunderkids is a family-owned company founded by Kate and Matt, proud parents of two young boys. They started the company to provide other parents with safe and environmentally-friendly products for their children's development. With a focus on mindful product selection, Wunderkids has become a trusted brand among parents. As the company grows, they continue to provide more options for their customers and celebrate beautiful family moments.

Creating Engaging Content

  • Challenge: Lack of engaging and interesting content on social media
  • Objective: Develop a social media content strategy that focuses on creating visually appealing and informative content

Finding Influencers

  • Challenge: Difficulty finding suitable influencers to promote their products on social media.
  • Objective: Identify and establish relationships with micro-influencers in the parenting and baby care niche who have an engaged following and whose values align with Wunderkids' brand.

Improving Conversion Rates

  • Challenge: Need to increase conversions from social media engagement
  • Objective: Optimize Wunderkids' social media strategy to include for CTAs and use influencer for content more than sending and getting Wunderkids to create content

Project execution

Wunderkids needs to revamp their social media content strategy to better engage with their audience and increase conversions. To achieve this, we  focus on:

  • Creating more engaging and interesting content: Wunderkids' previous social media posts were bland and not converting well. We will develop a content strategy that focuses on creating visually appealing and informative content that resonates with their target audience.
  • Utilizing user-generated content: Encouraging user-generated content can be a powerful way to increase engagement and build trust with their audience. We will encourage customers to share photos and videos of their children using Wunderkids' products and share them on their social media channels.
  • Finding the Right Influencers: One of the biggest challenges for Wunderkids in influencer marketing was finding the right influencers to partner with. The objective was to identify micro-influencers with a highly engaged audience that resonated with Wunderkids' brand values and aesthetic. To achieve this, we utilized social listening tools, analyzed engagement rates, and conducted thorough research to ensure the influencers aligned with the brand.
  • Developing Compelling Partnerships: Once we identified the right influencers, the objective was to develop compelling partnerships that were mutually beneficial. We created influencer packages that included product samples and promotion of their personal brand. Additionally, we provided creative briefs that outlined what was expected for brand consistency and alignment.
