Your Role:

  • Drive new business through effective sales strategies.
  • Reach out to prospects via cold calls, email campaigns, and social media to introduce our PR services.
  • Schedule meetings or calls between qualified leads and senior sales team members.
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored digital marketing solutions.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute innovative ideas.
  • Qualifying Leads: Once leads are generated, sales reps need to qualify them by assessing whether the potential clients have the budget, authority, need, and timeframe to purchase the agency’s services (a framework known as BANT).
  • Sales Meetings and Pitches: Sales reps often conduct initial meetings or calls with prospects to introduce the agency's services. They prepare and deliver presentations or pitches that clearly articulate the value proposition and how it aligns with the prospect’s needs.
  • Proposal Development: If a prospect shows interest, the sales rep will work in collaboration with our Head of Social Media on a tailored proposal.
  • Closing Deals: Sales reps negotiate terms and work towards closing deals. They need to address any concerns or objections the client might have and ensure that the contract terms meet both the client's and the agency's needs.
  • Sales reps also act as account managers, maintaining the relationship with the client, ensuring deliverables are met, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
  • Collaboration with Marketing: Ensure that MADs marketing efforts support sales goals. Provide feedback on lead quality, contribute to campaign ideas, or help refine target personas.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Track sales metrics and report on their progress. This can include the number of leads generated, conversion rates, sales cycle length, and revenue generated.Feedback and Improvement: Sales reps also gather feedback from prospects and clients to improve the agency’s offerings and sales process.
