Dairy Queen Manitoba is a part of Nick and Nikki Group of DQs which includes four DQ locations. Dairy Queen is a fast-food restaurant chain that is popularly known for its soft-serve ice cream and a variety of other desserts, as well as burgers, hot dogs, and other fast-food items. Founded in 1940, Dairy Queen has been serving up delicious treats for over 80 years and has become a beloved institution in the United States and around the world. With locations in over 25 countries, Dairy Queen continues to offer its customers a sweet and satisfying experience that keeps them coming back for more.
For our social media project with DQ Manitoba, we took a unique approach with a focus on having "MAD fun." We crafted a content strategy that was uplifting, energetic, and most importantly, funny. We wanted to create a fun and lighthearted atmosphere for DQ's social media presence to reflect their brand.
To make things easier for DQ Manitoba, we also implemented internal systems to allow them to be as hands-off as possible during their busy seasons. This way, they could still maintain a strong online presence without having to worry about managing their social media accounts. Our team worked diligently to create and schedule content in advance, ensuring that DQ's social media was always up-to-date and on-brand.
