GFIT Wellness is a health and wellness company that provides personalized fitness and nutrition plans to help individuals achieve their health goals. Their programs are designed to promote sustainable lifestyle changes and include one-on-one coaching, online workouts, and meal plans tailored to the individual's needs.

GFIT Wellness partnered with MAD Social Agency, a digital marketing agency, to develop a comprehensive social media strategy to increase their online presence and engage with their audience. The objective was to promote their personalized fitness and nutrition plans, and generate leads for their coaching and insurance coverage programs.
