About the project
Shomigo Markets, based in Toronto, connects local vendors with vibrant markets across the city. MAD Social Agency partnered with them to enhance their digital presence and attract quality leads through targeted social media management and Meta ads across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Our aim was to not only increase the quantity of leads but also improve their quality, ensuring a higher conversion rate and more effective vendor engagement.
Project execution
Our campaign kicked off with the creation of bespoke content filmed in Toronto, emphasizing the local vibe and community focus of Shomigo Markets. Initially, the cost per lead was an impressive $1.15; however, recognizing the potential for even greater efficiency, we implemented several optimizations. These adjustments led to a higher cost per lead but significantly increased the conversion rate, effectively lowering the overall cost of acquisition. The strategic use of Meta ads across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok played a crucial role in reaching a targeted audience of potential vendors, driving engagement and participation in the local market scene.
