Shomigo Markets, a vibrant local market in Toronto, sought to attract vendors to sell a variety of items at their market. With a goal of securing 210 vendors, they partnered with MAD to implement a targeted ad campaign. Project execution
Objective
The primary objective was to find 210 vendors to participate in the market before reaching the deadline they had set out. The focus was on securing vendors efficiently and ensuring they met the market’s standards for quality and variety.
Strategy
MAD developed and executed a comprehensive ad strategy leveraging the power of social media, specifically focusing on video ads across Meta and Instagram. The use of location targeting and lookalike audiences allowed MAD to fill the market with their target vendors.
Implementation
Initially the campaign used Facebook’s built-in lead forms. However, to improve lead quality, MAD built a dedicated landing page integrated with Shomigo Markets’ application form. 25% of the budget was also allocated toward testing towards fresh creatives ensuring continuous interest.
